Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guests that have made arrangements for a payment plan will have cancellation rates that vary slightly from the timeline below and cancellation fee includes the non-refundable deposit plus the appropriate percentage fee of any additional payments/deposits made. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances. Many travel insurance policies will refund any non-refundable deposits or cancellation penalties if purchased within 10 days of booking. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.
